Rental Agreement

• A valid driver's license is required for all rentals.
• Renter must have an appropriate tow vehicle with the correct hitch and towing capacity.
• The renter is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.

Deposits

• RV Camper: $250 refundable deposit
• Car Hauler: $50 refundable deposit
• Landscaping Trailer: $50 refundable deposit

Deposits are paid at booking via Square online payment and refunded upon return in the same condition. Damage costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Payment

• A deposit is required at booking to hold your dates.
• Remaining balance is due the day before pickup (not day-of).
• Full upfront payment is also accepted — some customers prefer to pay everything at booking.
• The lock code is provided after full payment is received.
• We're always open — no restricted pickup or dropoff hours.

Cancellation Policy

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations require owner approval — we'll check and get back to you promptly.

Late Returns

Contact us if you need to extend your rental — we'll check availability and accommodate if possible. Unauthorized late returns may result in additional charges.

Damage

• Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period.
• Normal wear and tear is excluded.
• Report any issues immediately.
